If there isn't one of these already, there should be. After watching episode 5 I had so many ideas for jokes. Unlike my SPC list, however, I only have 5 types of jokes, so here they are.
5 - W.I.T.C.H. theme played over the transformation scenes. I'd still use Moon Pride as the main theme though.
4 - DBZ references. Sailor Moon is pretty much the female version of DBZ. The two shows even aired back-to-back in the 90s. There are similarities between Usagi and Goku, such as being not-so-smart, food-obsessed, and having a ridiculous amount of power by the end. In addition, I'd make Ami the Krillin of the group. Who would be the Yamcha, you ask? Naru.
3 - "Next time on SMC Abridged." I think it's better to stick with this format instead of trying to revive the "Sailor Moon Says" segment from the classic series. The contents of the previews don't necessarily have to be taken word-for-word from the next episode, though. Here's an example for episode 5.
Narrator: "Next time on SMC Abridged, Tuxedo Mask declares himself to be a giant dick."
Tuxedo Mask: "I'm a giant dick!"
Usagi: "I must have him!"
Luna: "He said he is a giant dick, not has-"
Usagi: "Not listening!"
2 - References to PGSM. Since there were many elements unique to the live action series that people may or may not have liked, they can be panned off quite easily here. For starters, here's what could happen in episode 6 when Luna tells Usagi to stay away from Tuxedo Mask.
Luna: "Usagi, you must stay away from him."
Usagi: "I don't have to listen to you. I'm the leader!"
Luna: "I made you the leader, so I can unmake you as well!"
Usagi: "Then maybe you should have made yourself a Sailor Soldier too!"
Luna: "Very funny. Like that could ever happen."
Also, Minako's songs could be referenced while Mina is trying to become an idol.
Artemis: "She kept saying 'Sailor V' instead of 'C'est la vie.' I thought she would have outed herself for sure by now."
Mina: "Oh, Artemis. Everyone would think I was just cosplaying. After all, even Charlie Chaplin lost his own look-alike contest."
Artemis: "Is it possible for magical talking cats to have an aneurysm? Because I think I just had one."
Rei: "Hey, I'm pretty good at singing too."
Mina: "Bitch, I will cut you!"
1 - Usagi's sexual attraction toward her friends. People have commented on this. She got hearts in her eyes when she saw Rei on the bus and thought that Makoto smelled nice and was cute. It would seem that her gathering friends to fight the Dark Kingdom is secondary to collecting them as a harem (at least for comedy purposes). Throwing back to PGSM, Ami would also be jealous as she wants Usagi all to herself.
Ami: *walking into the arcade and seeing Usagi with Makoto* "Usagi is cheating on me with a new best friend! This is unacceptable!"
And, as the Krillin of the group, instead of an "owned count" it would be a countdown to Dark Mercury references.
I've got other ones for episode 5 but that about covers it.
Rei: *re: the women praying for their fiancees to come back* At least they're not blaming me for the disappearances this time.
Luna: Usagi, I have something to give to you. As the leader of the Sailor Soldiers, you may now wield this Crescent Moon Wand. I would have given it to you sooner, but I couldn't trust you with more than a frisbee at first.
Usagi: You were holding out on me?! Luna! What the hell?!
